I placed my order for 3 jars of this item on May 28th, 2026 and when I hadn't received the order or a tracking number by June 10th I replied to the confirmation email. Mr. Matttheis emailed me back and said he would get me a tracking # or my items should arrive shortly, never heard a word from him after this. I sent several emails on June 16th and 17th, absolutely no response. On June 20th I contacted them through the website and customer service, still no contact with anyone. Then on July 2nd, 2026 I receive my items... guess since no one will talk to me there's nothing I can do but I will NEVER order again, even if it's a good product!!!
